The following attachment is Millcreek Youth Athletic Association's Code of Conduct.  This Code of Conduct applies to all participants and families within any program or event that is held by MYAA.  As part of registration, all families must sign off that they have read and agree to this Code of Conduct.  If there are any questions on the Code of Conduct, please let us know.
