* Novice and Advanced Divisions

* Registration includes year-round instruction!

* Greco-Roman & Freestyle Wrestling instruction provided during the summer

* Practices held at McDowell and MIHS facilities

* Practices begin in mid-November

* Novice Division practices 2-days / week (60-minute sessions)

* Advanced Division practices 3-days / week (90-minute sessions)

* Novice Division targeted for 4/5 local tournaments (January thru March) at each families preference

* Advanced Division targeted for 7/8 tournaments (January thru March) at each families preference

* Instruction at all levels coordinated and facilitated by 

   McDowell Head Varsity Coach Josh Knapp and his staff

* Registration is currently open and runs thru the month of November

* Registration Fees as follows:

   > Novice: $100

   > Advanced: $150

* Registration Includes:

   > Year-round instruction

   > Riptide / Trojan apparel

   > Entry into the Battle of the Bay Tournament (1st week of January)
